SDF型橡膠減振墊,以不同硬度的耐油橡膠經(jīng)硫化成型。本減振墊結(jié)構(gòu)新穎,兩種雙向交叉排列的凹邵鏤孔。結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能優(yōu)越,穩(wěn)定性好,使用安裝簡便。

適用于機械振動的高頻率帶振動和沖擊，沖壓機械的隔振等效果顯著。

為了提高隔振效果,可將隔振墊迭合成兩層、三層、四層串聯(lián)使用,許可荷載仍為基本塊體的許可荷載,工作溫度-5°C~+50°C。

SDF rubber anti-vibration cushion is formed by oil-resistant rubbers with different hardness through vulcanizing,it is of novel structure, There are two cross- banding dent holes,its bearing performance is excellent, stability is good, installation and use is convenient.

It is applied in high - frequency vibrationand impact for machine.it has the significant effect of vibration isolation forpunching machine.In order to improve the vibration isolation effect .the cush- ions may be piled for two, three or four layers for series connection, its allowable load is still the one of basic block,working temperature is-5"C~+50"C.

注: 1.如設(shè)備重量超過每塊荷載，可在設(shè)備底下放6塊以上。

2.中間加鋼板，多塊隔振墊串聯(lián)，可以使隔振效果更好。

Note: 1. If the equipment weight exceeds the load of each isolator, more than 6 isolators can be placed under it.

2. Add steel plates between shock isolating cushions to install multiple cushions in series so as to enhance the shock isolation results.
