FZ型浮筑隔振隔音墊，它是一種新型天然橡膠墊，它在橡膠墊的兩面有四個(gè)不同直徑和不同高度的圓臺(tái)，分別交叉配置，當(dāng)FZ型隔振隔音墊在載荷作用下，較高的凸圓臺(tái)受壓變形，中間凹陷較低的圓臺(tái)尚未受到壓時(shí)，其中間部分受載而彎成波浪形，振動(dòng)能量通過(guò)交叉凸和中間彎曲波來(lái)傳遞，它能較好的分散并吸收任意方向的振動(dòng)，當(dāng)受壓時(shí)，中間凹陷面的小孔也起空氣阻尼減振性能。由于圓凸面斜向地被壓縮，在使用中無(wú)須緊固措施，既可防止水泥地臺(tái)滑動(dòng)，承載越大，越不易滑移。

此FZ型浮筑隔振隔音墊的設(shè)計(jì)形成從德國(guó)技術(shù)而來(lái)，已有同類型產(chǎn)品在杭州大劇院中使用，效果非常理想。

FZ型浮筑隔振隔音墊安裝施工非常方便，可以任何形狀交叉楔口結(jié)合。在特殊情況下，裝配前在楔形凹凸槽溝處各刷上一層粘接劑，然后拼接成任何大小面積任何形狀的整體浮筑隔振隔音板平面，且具有不滲漏的特點(diǎn)。

FZ Floating shock and sound insulation cushion is a kind of natural rubber cushion.On each of its two sides there are four convexes of different diameters and heights which locate in a crisscross manner. When the FZ shock and sound insulation cushion bears loads,the higher convexes are deformed under the pressure and the lower ones in the middle do not bear loads. The middle part is bent to be in the shape of wave under the pressure, so the vibration energy is transferred through crisscross convexes and middle flexural wave.Therefore, it can disperse and absorb vibrations in any direction. In case of pressure, small holes on the middle concave also perform the function of air-damping shock absorption.The round convexes are compressed to slant, so no fastening measures are necessary during use. It can prevent cement platform sliding. It is not prone to sliding with greater load.

FZ型浮筑隔振隔音墊不可以用普通的橡膠或平面橡膠代替。普通橡膠易老化、易碎、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后基礎(chǔ)會(huì)下沉，從而導(dǎo)致整個(gè)管道系統(tǒng)崩潰。平面橡膠無(wú)隔振性能。

FZ floating shock and sound insulation cushion can not be replaced by ordinary rubber or plane rubber. The ordinary rubber is prone to aging and crisp and the foundation will cave in after using for a long time and thus causing breakdown of the whole piping system.The plane rubber does not have the feature of shock isolating.

二.滿鋪式和點(diǎn)鋪式浮筑隔振隔音做法，必須要在專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行施工，切不可胡亂作為。

三.FZ型浮筑橡膠隔振隔音墊和FB型浮筑封邊的原材料，必須耐油、耐老化、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、天然膠硫化后硬度必須控制在最佳性能點(diǎn)。
