SD型橡膠隔振墊由丁腈橡膠制成。具有耐油、耐腐蝕、耐老化等性能。它是以減切受力為主的隔振墊,具有固有頻率低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便等特點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于各類(lèi)振動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備的隔振降噪,如機(jī)床、風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、空氣壓縮機(jī)制冷機(jī)、柴油機(jī)等機(jī)械的積極隔振和各類(lèi)精密儀表儀器,光學(xué)儀器的消極隔振，隔振效果明顯。

SD型橡膠隔振墊有三E種橡膠硬度: 40、60、 80�；緣K尺寸為85X85 MM。可根據(jù)機(jī)械設(shè)備的不同栽荷要求任意裁切組合,選用方便隔振墊還可以多層串連迭合使用,其載荷仍為單層載荷量,但固有的頻率可以降低隔振效果更佳，多層隔振墊之間使用4MM厚鋼板隔開(kāi),鋼板尺寸每邊比隔振墊大10MM,并用膠粘劑將隔振墊肋部" 點(diǎn)粘”在鋼板上。其中40、80、厚為20MM, 60厚為22MM。

工作溫度-20°C~ + 60°C ;阻尼比D=0.08;固有頻率范圍5~ 18HZ。SD型橡膠隔振墊于1 983年8月21日由北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)組織的“工業(yè)企業(yè)噪音控制設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”會(huì)議上通過(guò)科研成果鑒定,榮獲科研成果二等獎(jiǎng)，鑒定意見(jiàn)認(rèn)為:“SD型橡膠隔振墊以減切受力為主，設(shè)計(jì)合理,固有頻率較低該項(xiàng)研究成果達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平”。

為簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)選用步驟,可按全國(guó)建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)圖集88SS657《水泵隔振及其安裝》選用。

SD rubber vibration isolation cushion is made of acrylonitrile- butadiene rubber,with the features such as oil resistance ,corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The vibration isolation cushion is mainly under shearing load, with the features such as low natural frequency, simple structure and convenient use, widely applied in the active vibration isolation and noise reducing for various vibra-tion mechanical equipments such as machine tool, fan ,pump, air compressor, cooler,diesel engine，passive vibration isolation for various precise instrument, meter and optical instrument,its vibration isolation effect is very obvious.

SD rubber vibration isolation cushion has thr e-type rubber hardness: 40,60 and 80.its basic block size is 85x85mm, which may be freely cut and assembled according to different loads of mechanical equipments. The vibration isolation cushions may be multi-layer connected,while its load is still the load of simple layer but natural frequency will be lowed and the vibration isolation effect will be better .Multi- layer vibration isolation cushions are is olated by steel plate with 4mm thickness ,each side of steel plate is enlarged by 1 0mm compared with that of cushion.Stick the ribs of cushion on the steel plate with adhesion agent, among which,the thickness for type-40 and type-80 is 20mm,while 22mm for type-60.

Working temperature is-20~+ 60:damping ratio D=0. 08: natural frequency scope is 5~18HZ.

SD rubbe vibration isolation cushion was passed the scientific research achievement assessment at the conference of Specifications for the Design of Noise Control System in Industrial Enterprises organized by Beijing Municipal Science& Technology Commission on August31,1983.it was honor-ed as the second prize with the assessment comment as follows；

SD rubber vibration isolation cushion is mainly under shearing load,withreasonable design and lower natural frequency.it has reached the international advanced level.
